Hi, I’m Mindy Garrett, your coach, the founder of Mind + Body Elite, and the Thrive in 5 Challenge.  

Over the past 15 years I have dealt with my fair share of health challenges, experiencing major illness and having undergone three back surgeries. I know what it's like feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and hopeless. I understand the challenge of getting back to a healthy place. And it was through those experiences that I was able to create a healthy lifestyle plan that works.
